I had such a wonderful time here. All of the employees were so nice and welcoming. Everyone including the doctor who conducted my exam made me feel completely comfortable like I was right at home there. All of my questions were answered thoroughly. My husband got an exam and ordered glasses as well and we were both treated with the same amount of respect and consideration. The employees were even joking around with us and made us feel like we were part of their family. My husband and I can't wait to go back! I hope all of them have a wonderful holiday and a very happy new year!

Hands down the best experience I have ever had at an eye appointment. I honestly didn't know you could have so much fun and have such interesting conversation at a routine eye exam! From the moment we walked in, every single staff member we worked with displayed absolute, top notch customer service. There were four employees who helped us and every single one deserves praise for their friendly and professional way they engaged with us. Unfortunately, I only remember Jon's name. He deserves a raise for his customer service! Three of us had appointments and during the wait times Jon was so friendly and interesting to talk to. We even laughed all the way through ordering glasses for our son! The two women who helped us as well as the eye doctor also deserve to be mentioned as they were just as friendly and fun to work with. I really wish I could remember there names because I would like to highlight them by name and say how grateful we were for their perfect customer service.

The entire team at this location did everything to make our visit a good one. They even rescheduled filling a vacant appointment so our appointments could be back-back, explained our insurance benefits with total clarity, and Dr. Scott Craig was outstanding--very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Great experience here!

Amazing!!!!! This doctor really knows his stuff!! If you can spare the extra $35 for the additional wye scan for the back of the eye, I'd do that for sure worth that $35

Dr. Craig (no relation) was extremely thorough and helpful. He and his staff made sure I was comfortable, explained everything well, made sure my needs and concerns were met, and gave a thorough explanation of costs and comparisons. They made sure I was getting the best price I could between store campaigns and my insurance program. It was easy and efficient.
