I am seriously frustrated with this practice. I had a problem with my right eye and underwent a series of examinations over several years. The condition was identified, and I was told at my last visit that it had resolved and that no further follow-up was needed. After some time passed, my vision became distorted and diminished. When I returned, testing showed that the problem had not resolved. I also learned that the original doctor had left the practice and moved away. I had already undergone extensive testing less than a week earlier and asked to speak directly with the retina specialist before repeating the same examinations. My request was denied, and the specialist would not speak with me unless I first completed the new exams. I felt that my concerns and prior test results were being ignored rather than reviewed. Instead of promptly discussing the existing findings and a possible treatment plan, the practice insisted on repeating tests I had just completed. I am now seeking care elsewhere and requesting my complete medical records. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in this practice

The doctors here are so amazing my puppy had eyelids that rolled under irritating her eyes sooo much. Now she’s a different dog completely! I’m so grateful for these doctors and staff! Amazing people! Thank you thank you.

So many efficient people! We were seen promptly, had multiple tests done and had everything thoroughly explained to us. Were received future scheduling dates and information in writing so we were sure to have the correct information at our fingertips.

The staff member who did all my eye tests before the ophthalmologist was honestly the best part of the visit. He actually seemed to care, listened, and took his time with me. I really appreciated that. Unfortunately, the ophthalmologist himself was the complete opposite experience. I came in explaining painful eye issues and unusual things happening in my vision, and after less than 5 minutes I was basically told “everything is fine.” It felt very dismissive. Even my regular doctors have told me these issues need to be addressed by an ophthalmologist, but it’s hard to get help when concerns are brushed off so quickly. Another thing that bothered me was the website making patients sign a contract while also saying you can refuse to sign it and still be treated. That whole process felt strange and unnecessary. Overall, the support staff cared far more than the actual doctor, which is disappointing when you’re dealing with serious eye concerns.

This was my first time at the eye center and each staff member was very accommodating. The exam was quick and efficient and they communicated every step with me. The doctor was friendly and listened attentively. A good experience. I’ll go back.
