UPDATE June 25, 2026 I had an issue with my new glasses that I couldn't quite figure out, as bizarre as that may sound. It took some time, but I was finally able to figure out the issue. At first it appeared I was going to need to pay for a new exam and glasses, and I was rather upset (which I regret). I got to my appointment expecting to pay hundreds of dollars but Desiré came to the rescue. I was so pleased with the service that I decided to get new lenses in my sunglasses, and ask for forgiveness for getting upset on the phone a few days prior. I'm retired with no optical insurance, so it was pleasing to have the issue corrected without extra expense. Desiré showed that they care about making sure the customer is happy, and I certainly was. Original Review My daughter and I needed new glasses and this was our first time at this location. There was almost no wait for the exam even though we were early. We got through the eye exams and were helped by Desiré, who was fantastic. She waited patiently as I tried on several pairs of glasses multiple times. She then answered my numerous questions about progressive lenses. To make things even more fun for her, we didn't have our insurance information so she dug around in the computer until she found it. Desiré elevated our experience to five stars.

The most frustrating experience I have ever had. I ordered glasses and boxes of contacts at my latest appointment. About a week later I got a call saying my glasses and TRIAL contacts were in. I go pick them up. Fast forward to a month later, I still haven’t received my boxes of contacts I ordered. Upon calling the store, they claim they were picked up on the 26th of April. They don’t verify who picks them up, which is ridiculous. Have to wait until a general manager decides to call me to try and figure out the situation. I’m out money and still have no contacts. Will not ever be ordering contacts from here again absolutely ridiculous.
Awful experience. I can’t even make this up, had an appointment on Saturday, i’ve been here before should have my same insurance still on file. I walk in, 3 people working but sitting down and lookin awkwardly. I said I have an appointment one woman insists there’s no insurance on file. I said i’m gonn look for it real quick and she mumbles to the other lady “idk why he’s here we’re supposed to close early, i guess i’m gonna take a lunch now” then another guy comes in to pickup glasses and she goes “well i’m taking a lunch and they’re not working”. I’ve never been to a place where people want to avoid work this badly, I found my insurance but I left this was atrocious.
I don’t like to give bad reviews but I’ve gone to this location for glasses and contacts multiple times now and everytime it’s been disappointing. They’re over rated and expensive. First time a year or so ago and the contacts I got didn’t work to improve my vision at all so I went in and got a new ones and the they ended up giving me someone else’s contacts so I didn’t even bother opening them and just used my one set of glasses that were $200 plus dollars . I waited a year . Went back and paid for another exam and just got glasses again because the paid I got worn down so quickly and they could only repair them by sticking sticker pads on the side of them so they wouldn’t pull out my hair which fell off in a day…….once again the glasses and exam were near $300.00 although I’d gotten a new pair the year before ….and the prescription is way too strong in my new glasses to wear. Maybe it’s just my luck but I’d go elsewhere and then order glasses online or somewhere where the staff actually acts like they want to help you instead of acting like your a burden for causing them problems.
I didn’t have a good experience here and will not go back. This place is very deceiving. I went in for an exam, booked it online because it seemed most convenient for me. Before the test, the girl said if I wanted the full recommended exams it would be an additional $30. I said it was fine, to go ahead and do what was recommended since it had been over a year since my last exam. She forgot to save some of my images so the doctor had her take me back in and have them re-done. I didn’t think much of it. Once I was done, they asked me at the front if I wanted to look at glasses, I asked if I could do the deal where you get 2 pairs of glasses with an exam for a discount. She said it only applied to glasses exam and I got a contacts exam. But online it says the contacts exam INCLUDES a glasses exam, which is confusing but whatever. My total came to $149 (I honestly was expecting to pay less) and she handed me my prescription. I go online and upload my prescription for contacts and they reject it telling me this is a glasses prescription, not for contacts. Why would they just hand me a glasses prescription?? So confusing! So I called them the next day, and they said I could come in to get my prescription. I live about 20 mins away so I told them I wouldn’t be able to come in for a few days. Eventually, they were able to send my prescription to the provider, but now it’s for a different brand of contacts which are 3x the price. That is crazy to me. When I was with the doctor, I clearly got on my phone and showed him the contacts I was using now. I feel like he could have mentioned something about it, that my contacts were likely going to change or something. I honestly wish I had not given them a try and just stuck to my regular eye doctor. I have been a regular glasses and contact wearer for over 10 years and have never had issues or felt as deceived as I did here. I wish I would have spoken up and questioned things more, but I learned my lesson.
