Great customer service and overall experience. They were able to get my daughter 2 new pairs of prescription glasses with us showing up 30 mins before they closed and at 1/4 the price of LensCrafters and other stores. I highly recommend them.
I have yet to receive my glasses but that is understandable considering they are progressive lenses. I had a great customer experience and was able to pay less than I expected. Would recommend to anybody needing a new pair of glasses. Update: I received my glasses a few days ago and am very pleased with the results!

Everyone at the store was so nice and helpful! My glasses were ready in 8 days and they put new lenses in my sunglasses in 45 min.
Denise was great to work with, she showed me all of the cost breakdowns for each pair of glasses and answered all of my questions. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and put me at ease with buying new glasses. Plus the two times I've called, the man on the line had been so nice and friendly. This place has great customer service!
