Eye Pros

My time in Eye Pros was great. Total professionals from the time I entered to the time I left. Doctor Millet did a fantastic job. I’m very grateful for the time he took to figure out my eye problems. Zoie was amazing. She did great job for me and my family. We had our glasses done in less than an hour. Thank you guys very much.

They were excellent. They took great care of my kid during their exam, and the whole process from eye exam to picking out frames went way smoother than I expected! They even called us to let us know if our insurance would work out or not before the visit. Thank you for making it an easy visit for my child!

Not a positive experience. If you need more than just a quick update on your subscription, you're a bother. I was trying multifocal contacts for the first time. They had to be ordered because they didn't have it in stock. When they arrived the receptionist told me to just "come pick them up". When I asked about having a fitting for them she said it wasn't necessary. When I mentioned that an exam to ensure a proper fit is supposed to happen with new multifocals, she told me "don't believe everything you read on Google". After I insisted and had to come back at another time for the follow up appointment, the doctor said that yes, the exam should be done, and that it was a "miscommunication". Still, it took a few power adjustments to figure out the best vision I could get with multifocals. The doctor seemed annoyed that he had to see me a few more times (because they had to order contacts for every power adjustment that was made, and each time it took about 2 weeks). The last time I was there he said we were "aiming at a moving target", like I was trying to be difficult on purpose. I felt so unwelcome there. It was my first time trying to adjust to these types of contacts, and I told him my vision was changing when I blinked and that it took several blinks to see clearly. Instead of trying to figure out the issue and help me, he got visibly frustrated with me. I ended up not returning after his "moving target" comment, even though before that I was already feeling like he didn't want to help me. I was later (somewhere else) told that I have dry eyes and that it can affect how well I see. I got the help I needed at another place. Obviously won't return here. He/they didn't care about me as a customer or about helping me.

Everything was great. The staff and the doctor did an amazing job, plus the doctor answered all my questions. 10/10 score for them all! I would recommend them to everyone.

We loved Dr. Millett! He was very kind and patient explaining all the procedures and caring for my 3 nervous squirmy girls. He was very knowledgeable explaining anything we were curious about. Would definitely recommend!
