Wynter was great. She got us in last minute for my daughter’s glasses appointment and had us in and out fast. She showed us the different frame options without trying to get us to spend more, which I really appreciated. Everyone was friendly, the process was easy, and the customer service was excellent. 12/10! I’ve been going to America’s Best for 10+ years now, and this location is by far my favorite. As always, making an appointment was seamless, and the Doctors were on point! But it was really Wynter that just made me excited & want to keep coming back! She was extremely personable & knowledgable. She explained everything to me, to ensure I had the right lenses, and she was VERY friendly! She gave me helpful feedback on frames I tried on. I have been getting the same black framed for years now, but with her help, I picked out a cute new color! It felt like I was talking to someone I’d known for years. Fast forward, I picked up my glasses today, and she remembered me. Wynter made sure I had everything I needed. Her upbeat energy is very contagious! As someone who works in interpersonal communications & hospitality, I can honestly say Wynter is your STAR PLAYER! Wynter you deserve all the blessings coming your way! Thank you for being you!
I had a fantastic experience at this store. The whole staff was AMAZING and incredibly helpful. They all had great customer service and personalities! They taught me how to put in and take out my contacts and coached me along every step of the way. Their support made the process easy and stress-free. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs an eye exam, eyeglasses, or contact lenses.

$90 if you are not buying glasses which is not the staff’s fault, but when I was surprised at the cost I felt the front desk woman got a little tight with me upon checkout. The young lady that did the exam was fine, as well as the doctor.
