I would not buy glasses from here. Or really even get an exam here. I felt like the exam wasn’t as thorough as my last eye examiner. When I went to pay for the glasses to be made I was reccomended not to get the anti glare for some reason so I didn’t and I can’t even wear these glasses since the glare is SO bad. And they don’t even fit you to make sure your glasses fit properly. I kept telling the girl that they were loose EVERY SINGLE TIME and she barely did any adjustments. So I just gave up and called it good. I don’t even wear the glasses. I just took my prescription and ordered online and got cuter glasses that actually fit. Wasn’t happy with my experience here and won’t be going back ever again. Even if they are slightly cheaper than other places.

I’m currently in my car crying in the parking lot writing this. Yesterday I get a call from the receptionist asking if my 5 year old is in school and can read his ABCs for his appointment today. She said as long as he can we should be fine. Today, 15 minutes before as I am walking into the doors of the building they are trying to call me. The receptionist tells me the doctor won’t see him due to his age and tells me they only will if he is in school (which he is) and can read the alphabet(which again he can) and when I tell him he is able to read 4/5 letter words and do basic math so he is well above where what want him to be they still refuse and won’t tell me why. I find out the GM was sitting there watching the whole interaction only saying if you get a prescription somewhere else you can come here for the glasses. Once to my car I try to call to speak to the GM and the receptionist is extremely rude telling me she was there the whole time and that there is nothing they can do. I demand to still speak with her and get put on hold for 5 mins with the receptionist coming back saying she’s with a patient and will call me back. It has been an hour at this point and I haven’t heard a word. Luckily I called the Bonney Lake store and the receptionist there helped find me a doctor in the area that will see younger children. The way I was treated and the fact that why could have canceled this yesterday not when I already drove almost 30 minutes to them to cancel and not at all help me to solve this problem is ridiculous. They need to do better and need to state at booking that they don’t take children under 7 years old. I in hope they all have the day the deserve.
This place is amazing! The staff were super nice and walked me through all my options and I was seen quickly by the tech and the doctor. The tech was very professional and kind. It wasn't the usual tech that is there but it was obvious she had plenty of knowledge about what she was doing. They offered more tests for 20 dollars which I thought was a steal because the testing at hospitals is the same but upcharged by hundreds of dollars. The doctor was very professional and polite. It was super obvious that she is an expert in her trade. She helped me not only get a new prescription but also went into detail about my eyes and what is what. After I saw the doctor I was asked to wait to see an optician, the wait wasn't too bad. The optician was very kind and thorough. I didn't know there was so many options for glasses. It was a shame that I couldn't use insurance with the deals but it makes sense cause I basically got a free pair of glasses and a free eye exam all for about 70$. The glasses selection was not the biggest I've seen but not the smallest either. They had all sorts of brands and styles. They even had a wall dedicated to sunnies. They were super serious about covid precautions and were constantly cleaning, it was nice. There are a lot of places that don't clean as often as they should but the staff were always spraying and wiping down chairs, tables and, equipment. In all it was a pleasant experience. I look forward to coming back here for my next exam!
Everything about our visit was excellent. Dr. Castagna was kind, patient and very knowledgeable. The staff was vprofessional and welcoming. We will always visit this Americas best location!
Sure, you get the exam and everything for the price they advertise, but they take FOREVER to get you your necessary items to.. you know.. SEE?? I find it ridiculous to wait two weeks, but when I call the day before two weeks is up to make for sure they’ll be ready, not only did the woman on the phone have a snarky tone, but i’m told I have to wait longer??
