I brought in my favorite glasses for new lenses. I had the pleasure of having Alexis/ Lacey, Wa help me try to find these frames/ they had been discontinued. As we worked on the other 2 frames and lenses, she looked up the inventories of all the stores in the US. She called about 15 of them until she found the exact frame in Houston, Tx. She also helped me try on lenses in the store to see if something was comparable. I would hire Alexis in one minute if I was still operating my own business! Thank goodness I’m retired! She even gave me prices on all the options for my glasses so that I could stay close to budget. SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Julianna is a delight - my favorite employee there. That girl knows how to sell and a smile that will knock you out. If you’re going to America’s Best (Lacey location) you may have to wait in line, but this is legitimately the only person there that can get it right!

Glasses themselves look and wear nice. The issue is I suspect the prescription is off. I tried for over 60 days to give this prescription a chance. I can distance and up close is impossible to read. If I move glasses about 1.5 to 2 inches away from my face I can read up close. I was unaware there was only a 60 lens replacement so am now too late to get my glasses rectified properly without spending money. Staff during purchase was friendly but not sure want to go back due to performance of glasses.

I have been a customer for many years at the Tigard Oregon location. I booked an appointment for an exam at this locstion. When I arrived for the exam, I was told it’s going to be a remote exam(I wasn’t told when I booked the exam). Meaning the doctor is going to conduct the exam remotely. The exam was not smooth, as it wasn’t streamlined. The doctor said the results were not clear enough and that I should reschedule an in person exam with a doctor. Several hours of my time has been wasted, as I had to take time off work. Horrible experience overall

Front desk to getting seen by the doctor remotely- was absolutely an amazing experience. We were there toward the end of the night and one of the girls was very anxious to get off work. No acknowledgment of when we had questions of the glasses and other things. She told us to sit down and someone will call us when they have doctor notes - but we had a glass frame question- and she was on her phone and seemed bothered for me to go ask for help. She wanted to do “paper rock scissors” to who will assist me bc she and her coworker had already attended two previous clients. Morgan- immediately said no, I don’t mind helping them and she was super helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. The other person working with her was on her phone unattended to walking clients/patients.
