America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I have been going to America's Best for many years. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had. First the workers tried to say the doctor didn't do the reading test which the doctor did do. I had to wait even longer because the doctor was with another patient. They had my child as a single lense when it was clearly marked to be bifocals. They had put the file in the wrong colored folder so everyone was confused. Then, I had asked the cost of the Transition lenses. The girl that checked told me $125. I specifically asked if that was total or per lense. I was told total. After paying and looking at my receipt it showed $125 per lense and all she could say was oops. Fast forward two weeks and I get a text saying my order is ready. Only one of my glasses was ready and the other was still in Mexico somewhere but they don't get any tracking. After another week I get another text saying they are ready. I get them home and they don't fit. The side that should be lower is higher as shown in the photo. Why wouldn't both pairs be the same? Now I have to make a 3rd trip so I can actually wear them. Do yourself a favor and just get the eye exam. Order your glasses from ANYWHERE else! Before they have a chance, I already emailed the address I see as part of their generic response. Let's see what they actually do.

Mixes feelings. The doctor was super! Staff if funny, but not professional. I still have not received my trial contacts - going on over a month now and when I call - all I am told is that they are having "shipping issues". No follow up, unprofessional. I even went back to the location and even though they are funny, no help and not professional.

Lowkenuinely having a second hand bad experience from hearing about the experience my girl is having here. It’s been delays for over a month and twin is BLIND bruh, don’t let her on the roads without her glasses. First it wasn’t ready when they said it would be, nothing was communicated until she arrived after trying to confirm via phone and email. Then, they had the completely wrong frames the next time! Nahhh that’s not right man, america’s best? I don’t think soooo

This place schedules you for an appointment with the eye doctor, then you get there and do the appointment and there is no doctor present in the building, meaning they can't even see your actual eye concern. They also will charge you for a contact lens fitting when the remote doctor specifically says she's not doing a fitting because you're just reordering the same contacts. Don't waste your time here.

$550 for a pair of prescription glasses and hard case not included? What a rip off
