Excellent team! From the front receptionist (who was working solo and juggling calls and appointments walking in!) to the support staff (I wish I remembered her name, she was wonderful and kind!) to the Doctor himself who made me feel like an old friend. After living here in Seattle for 15 years it’s so nice to be able to say I’ve finally found an excellent eye doctor that I trust and will return to for all future care.

I've been going to Dr. Kosnoski for over 20 years and I wouldn't trust anyone else to my vision. He's very thorough and professional, but also friendly and has a great bedside manner. His staff are friendly and efficient and I never have to wait long in the waiting room. I highly recommend Dr. Kosnoski.

I had an excellent experience at this optometry office and would highly recommend them. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient, making the entire visit smooth and stress-free. The optometrist took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the exam. I appreciated how thorough and attentive they were — it never felt rushed, and I left confident about my eye health and prescription. The office itself was clean, well-organized, and modern, and scheduling was easy and convenient. Overall, this was one of the best healthcare experiences I’ve had. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending them to friends and family.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I accompanied my mom to her appointment and served as her interpreter. Our experience with Dr. Jessica Hontz was very disappointing. Throughout the visit, she seemed annoyed that my mom and I were asking questions. As patients paying for medical care, we believe we have every right to ask questions and fully understand her eye condition without feeling rushed or dismissed. At one point, when I asked about one of my mom’s eye findings, Dr. Hontz responded by asking me what I thought it was. I told her, I don’t know anything about eyes. That’s why we came to see a specialist.We expected a clear explanation from the doctor. When I asked for a copy of my mom’s results, Dr. Hontz told me to take a picture of the computer screen instead of providing a copy. Later, when I asked for a copy of the visit summary, she told me to follow her to the front desk, but then disappeared without helping us. Overall, I would advise others to avoid Dr. Hontz if they are looking for a doctor who takes the time to answer questions, explain findings clearly, and communicate respectfully.
