Been seeing Dr. Jones for 14 years. I love how thorough he is and cares about his patients. I wouldn't want to go somewhere else. His staff is amazing and very helpful! Thank you so much for the amazing Customer Service and care you have given me.

I'll give it 3 stars because first impressions matter to me and even when the Dr. is great, front desk stuff it's far from welcoming. The place could use a good cleaning, it felt uncomfortable being there and see how filthy the place was, made me wonder if they even disinfect the medical tools. Unfortunately I am not satisfied with my service and glasses there and don't even think they would even care.

Never, especially a Dr.s visit, have I experienced such welcoming respectfully. Its awesome to see a Dr and his/her team have such kind and caring bedside manners. So knowledgeable in the services they provide, great in breaking down educating understanding of all the equiment, instruments, procedure along with all the whys and how comes. Very humbel people with a great sense of humor.

I recently took my daughter to this optical appointment. Last year we had a good experience, but this time it was very different. The main issue was with the woman who attends you at the beginning. She is an older lady, and unfortunately her attitude and service were very poor. During the initial eye test with the machine that blows air into the eyes, she did it without any warning, which caused my daughter to get very scared. This should definitely be explained beforehand, especially when dealing with children. On the other hand, the doctor who did the final exam was professional and provided good care. I hope they can improve the quality of service from the front staff, as it really affects the overall experience.

What a awful experience. My two children have been waiting for over 5 months for glasses. The staff makes excuse after excuse. They blame the lab, blame the state. Come to find out Eyes Rite Optical didn’t even order the glasses for 3 months. When I would call to inquire a out my children's glasses the staff was dismissive. They say we will call when they get in, well my children are still waiting, where are their glasses. Three more weeks will be half a year, since November 11, 2025 my children have been waiting. Here we are April 17th, 2026 ; over 5 months have elapsed, still no glasses for my two children. What a awful place, do yourself a favor, go elsewhere. What a dysfunctional company.
