Purchased glasses and our optician Lisa N. was very helpful and kind. She helped pick glasses for both myself and my partner that look flattering for us both. She made sure it was perfect before we left; plus her doodles on the receipts make it feel personal. I would highly recommend!

Been coming here for years and the experience has always been great. Just had my exam with Dr. Goalwin and he was exceptional. Really took the time to get to know me as we have similar vision issues. Even did some additional tests and shared some background on the cause. Highly recommend Clearvue and Dr. Goalwin.
Management bad, Optometrists good The office management just needs to be replaced. Be prepared, their policy is to get a VERBAL confirmation from you by 4:00 PM the day before your appointment. So, if you have a job, this can be challenging. Everywhere else has the ability to confirm an appointment with a text. This place feels like a throwback to the 90’s. Beware, this may sound like a Seinfeld episode. Even when you call back and confirm, that doesn’t mean they will actually HOLD your appointment. In my case, I excused myself from my meeting, called back and CONFIRMED my appointment before 4:00 PM. When I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment, I was told I don’t have an appointment because I didn’t confirm my appointment before 4:00 PM. After showing the receptionist my call history on my phone and their email reminder, she was only able to offer me a NEW appointment. Clearly, they don’t know how to HOLD the appointment. They didn’t bother to send me a cancellation email. They didn’t bother to look at my history of never missing an appointment. Instead, they went out of their way to tell me “see you soon” after they already cancelled my appointment. I will say I have had very good experiences with the optometrists. This place just needs better management.
Service was amazing from start to finish everyone was so nice no complaints. If you need an eye doc I highly recommend this vision center. I was super pleased at how everyone gave their complete attention to everything they were doing. One thing I did not feel to comfortable with was the skimpy clothing in professional places their should be a little more modest look in my opinion other then that they did amazing.
Maybe it was my mistake for scheduling at a busy time of day, but it’s what I had to work with. I arrived 20 minutes early (as directed), immediately was told it would be a bit till I was helped as there was 2 people in front of me, no worries. I sat down and waited patiently while the others were helped, once it had hit the time of my appointment, another person came out and got helped before me. By the time another receptionist came out, another person came in and was immediately helped. By the time I was able to speak to a receptionist it was well past my appointment time and just told her to forget about it. I work in the medical field, and this wasn’t okay. No communication, no awareness. Disappointed to say the least.
