America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I purchased Pair eyewear glasses from Bonney Lake AB, they were awesome! It was my first time using AB and my goodness I’m embarrassed I didn’t go sooner. I also had an issue with my Pair glasses purchased directly from Pair. They kept falling off. I went into AB to see if I could find a different pair that wouldn’t fall off. I explained the situation to the associate, before I returned my current pair, she asked if she could try to fix them. Maybe a minute or two later, my glasses were perfect! They didn’t fall off. A little bit of heat and they were good to go! ABSOLUTE LIFE SAVER! And no charge 😳! Thank you so very much for your help!!

I randomly chose this place since it’s covered by my insurance and I’m SO glad I did. The staff is absolutely phenomenal. My optometrist was so friendly and quick. The ladies working the floor are equally amazing! As long as I’m living in this area, I will keep going here for my eyeglass needs. I was nervous at first about going because I hadn’t seen an eye doc in 5+ years but the ladies here really made me feel so comfortable. Thank you so much! My glasses arrived before the scheduled date even during a holiday weekend!

I had my very first exam for contacts at the BonneyLake Americas Best and could not recommend this facility more! Mrs. Dee, Dr. Rodriguez, and the rest of the staff are nothing short of phenomenal! The time, consideration and wealth of knowledge received has been astounding. I was surprised by how in-depth the contact exam & fitting process was; and am so thankful to have been guided through the process with grace and professional kindness, by experts. I booked my daughter an exam for glasses as well. The staff were wonderful with her! Glasses came in on time and the staff was quick to notify us. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They are simply TERRIBLE! I provided them my insurance information and they denied that my account worked properly just so that they could refuse me care. I went to another clinic and my account worked just fine. So disappointing that this would happen….I advise against picking this location!

The optometrist, Dr. Rodriguez was phenomenal. I was so anxious and she just gave off such compassionate energy and completely made me feel at ease. She listened and was incredibly personable. I’m so thankful!
