Walmart Vision Center

I went in to see if I could get a pair of glasses I bought there years ago repaired. They couldn't use my old prescription because it was more than 2 years old and they didn't have the frames anymore. So Katelyn then went above and beyond and found an arm that they were able to install and repair my glasses with. I know this is a service they provide but it should still be mentioned when you get that level of customer service I wish they would have allowed me to buy them coffee. She said it was just part of their service so I guess this is the next best thing.

My son and I had the best experience with his eye exam and first time getting glasses. The staff were super kind and friendly and the Optometrist was amazing. He was so patient with my son and made it fun for him. He also took his time explaining everything to me and the different options we had. 10 out of 10 recommend going here!

I’ve worn glasses or contacts for years. Many optometrists. I couldn’t get in to my optometrist for months so I called Wal Mart Vision. I got in right away. The doctor was great. The staff was very helpful. I didn’t have to wait. My appointment started right on time. It was clean. The process was efficient and the doctor was patient with my questions and explained things thoroughly. I see better than ever now and I don’t ever want to go anywhere else. Great prices too.

Optometrist was very nice and knowledgeable. The other employees were helpful and knowledgeable as well. They have a lot of glasses to choose from in different price ranges and all clearly marked. Got my glasses back in shorter time than originally told. I took one star off because I had to pay hardware out of pocket and turn into insurance to be reimbursed. Did not have to pay for doctor out of pocket, they did bill insurance for that part. Overall visit was good.
