Dr. Russ is fantastic to work with! She listened patiently to my concerns and answered all of my questions. It’s refreshing to have a healthcare provider who is kind, thorough, AND extremely knowledgeable! Also, her team made scheduling and dealing with insurance a breeze. I learned that Dr. Russ has experience with patients of all ages (children to seniors), so I would highly recommend going to Bonney Lake Vision Care for optometry care for anyone in your family!

The staff is really nice. The doctor Chelsie takes the time to listen to you and if your contacts needs adjustments she is makes sure you have comfortable contacts no matter how many times you come back.thank you so much and I’m so happy that ya’ll take VSP Insurance.

My first visit was awesome! Check up was so smooth and the doctor was incredibly knowledgeable! We nerded out about science and vision and i was in and out in a half hour!

I recently took myself and all three of my kids to see Dr. Russ at Bonney Lake Vision Care and had a great experience. She was incredibly patient, thorough, and great with children, which made the entire appointment process smooth and stress free. convenient, and located right inside Costco which made things even easier for our family. Dr. Russ took the time to answer all of our questions and we never felt rushed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring optometrist in Bonney Lake, especially families and anyone using VSP insurance.

I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Russ, and I don’t say that about most medical professionals. She’s simultaneously so easy to talk to AND deeply knowledgeable about her field. When I needed reading glasses, and told her I was never good about remembering to wear them in the past, she made a special adjustment to my prescription such that I could wear my glasses all the time without disruption of my distance vision—and they’re somehow not bifocals! Magic, I tell you. No other optometrist has ever provided that option to me. Even though I live in Seattle, I’ll never hesitate to drive out to Bonney Lake to see her.
