UPDATE: I did as you requested, and sent an email to that corporate address a week ago. No response. UPDATE 2: I received an email from Joshua at Corporate. He empathized. That was it. Victor store staff very pleasant. Prior to going, spent hours reviewing dozens of frames on website. Made list with model names & numbers of pairs I liked, but was surprised to find out there's no way to find a website frame once you're in store. Time researching was wasted. Bought pair I liked & waited 10 days. Lenses were not positioned correctly for my sight. So waited another 10 days. Lenses positioned correctly, but frame adjustments required, as usual, for proper fit. When I looked at card intended to check vision clarity for reading, I couldn't clearly see smallest two point sizes, as I have in past. Person assisting me said they "shoot for" 10-point size; not something I've ever been told before. Got clear plastic case with very thin, loose pad on one side; not as protective as fully padded cases I've had from other companies; no little cleaning cloth included. On ride home, noticed 3 things: lots of reflections in lenses, field of vision much more limited than previous progressive lenses, & frame needed further adjustment. A week of getting used to them reinforced those 3 findings. Wearing glasses 30 years, never before had reflections: outdoors & indoors, all kinds of reflections. Watching TV, I am distracted by reflections from lights in room. Progressive transitions not nearly as smooth. Went back for frame adjustment, which worked, but I conclude America's Best lens quality is what is apparently affected by lower cost. I'll make the best of this pair for a year, but wish lenses were better quality. Yes, I can see, cost was reasonable, staff was kind, but think about what elements are most important to you.

My experiences have always been great! Tuesday was no different! All.the staff were so helpful, invested and pleasant! Dr. Kenney is awesome, professional and friendly. Heis able to get a prescription so I can see clearly which I have not been able to do with other places exams and glasses! Sara Jane ...she was the topper extraordinaire! She helped me and my husband find the perfect glasses for the styles we were looking for and that fit our faces just right! Sara Jane never made us feel rushed even though there were several people waiting for her to assist them. Her interaction style and personality are filled with great energy, positivity and joy. We walked out of there feeling like a million bucks from our experience! Thanks!!

The first two times I came to this location Victor N.Y. it was fantastic. Sarah Jane was awesome very professional, friendly & knowledgeable…so part of me really hates to give them only three stars. I stopped there yesterday 9/27/25 to pick up a friend’s glasses and to get some help as I was struggling with keeping my Pair Toppers attached to my glasses. Every time I even blew my nose or adjusted them the Topper would go flying. I tried to explain the situation and some tall skinny staff member (unfortunately I do not know her name) gave me a snarky response telling me how the magnets work and being quite condescending. I obviously know how they work and seriously did not need her attitude. Another staff member took my glasses & tried to bend them a bit so the topper fit more snuggly and the unfriendly staff member barked at her that what she was doing would only make it worse. It truly seemed like the helpful one was afraid to help further. I really just wanted some help as two of the staff use this brand on a regular basis and I was hoping for some insight. Now after contacting the manufacturer it probably has more to do with the fit of the glasses themselves which they could have assisted me with while I was there. We drive an hour one way to come to this location so it’s really not easy to just drop by. I am still fuming from this experience. I would still recommend this location but steer clear of this very unprofessional staff member.

Sara Jane provided an excellent experience in getting new glasses. She worked for me to find a great deal and solve my problem. I had lost my glasses and was wearing an old pair she worked with me to replace them quickly and provided a second pair at a reasonable price.
