Sandra has been helping me for many years. She has always been good about helping me pick out great styles for the best value. She worked at one location and I followed her to her new location at Eastview. Absolutely amazing Customer Service. I had a wonderful experience at Lens Crafters. My first time visiting the store, Sandra was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. She was knowledgeable and honest while helping me pick the best pair of glasses for my face and prescription. She made the entire visit smooth and stress free. I plan on returning in the future for sunglasses.
Absolutely incredible experience at the Eastview Mall location. From the eye exam, to the store manager, everyone was an absolutely pleasure to work with. Sandra was amazing! She helped me pick out a new pair of glasses, and meticulously went through all of the pricing options to ensure I received the best deal. I just loved her. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable. The Eastview office is really the best! Dan (bald guy) is so knowledgeable, friendly and a great conversationalist! He helped me pick out the perfect lens colors for my sunglasses a few months back and I’m in love with them! They go perfectly with my frame colors! Sandra is also amazing, she has been a favorite since I was a teenager when she was at the Greece location years ago! She is so sweet and so fashionable! Dr. Marasco is quite literally the best eye doctor I’ve worked with, she is so patient easy to talk to and informative! She told me about eye exercises I could do to help with the health and strength of my eyes. She is also so kind and knowledgeable, she encourages questions and I never felt rushed with my eye exam! She took her time and made sure everything was touched on that needed to be! Proud to say I’ve been a loyal customer for over 20 years!!
