The staff (especially Kathy) and Dr Patel were genuinely friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. The prices are fantastic. The eyeglass selection was amazing. I have never had so many great options before!

LensCrafters employees were so helpful! I broke my glasses 2 weeks into getting them here, and they were so helpful with showing me my protection plan and getting me a new set of frames for a very affordable price. They were very friendly and accommodating, and assisted me in switching to the color frames I actually wanted.

Weeks ago Nick measured me for glasses and went above and beyond helping me when my medical credit card wouldn't work. He saved my information and placed the order after I contacted the insurance company, completing it over the phone, so I didn't have to return to the store. Today I returned to the store and was helped by a very kind and professional lady. My progressive lens weren't working out, and she checked my prescription, and sent my glasses in for traditional lenses. The best customer service I've experienced. Thank you so much. Susan S.
