Super pleased with everything about this store. From the technician that helped to the eye doctor himself, the service is excellent. Glasses arrived in a few days with the perfect prescription. Highly recommend this location.
All the staff are extremely nice and friendly plus helpful , I was so indecisive on what glasses to get and they were really patient with me and gave me the best advice. It was my first time there and I’ll most definitely come back ! I got 4 glasses one being sunglasses and it was soooooo affordable! The doctor was really nice and funny , I feel like I was in n out 10/10 overall experience

I called and asked about my prescription today, Rafael was rude and has no customer service skill, hung up on me no have a good day not even a thank you. I went to pick up my prescription and my trial contacts after that. I asked if they could possibly give me a contact case for my old contacts and they said yes. When I got home I was going to take my old contacts off and put them in the “new case” they had given me that I asked for and try my new ones and there was someone’s used contacts in the “ new” case they had just given me which was absolutely gross since those contacts had previously been in someone else’s eyes. I threw it away and couldn’t believe it. I was going to purchase my contacts from that store and eyeglasses but I’ll be going to another americas best now . I submitted a picture with my old contacts in a case the new ones in there new unopened box and the case they had just given me with some other patients contacts. You don’t go to the dentist and get a used toothbrush and I have never gotten a contact case with used contacts.
I have been here twice. I have spent over $900 on 4 pairs of glasses to pair. The first time 2 pair, the second time. Both prescriptions have been wrong. My vision is blurry, my depth perception is absolutely obsolete.Have not been offered any type of refund or Rebate? They cannot do anything correctly so very unhappy, very blind and very disappointed in the professionalism of this company..... They have a one year warranty on your glasses. And I have yet to be offered any type of refund because they have not giving me the right prescription. So now I'm going to go somewhere else. I'm going to pay more money out-of-pocket just to get the correct lenses I need, so thank you. Not so much your unprofessionalism
