I had a great experience at America’s Best Eye Care. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made the entire process smooth from check-in to checkout especially Vic. The eye exam was thorough, and the doctor took the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything clearly. They helped me find frames that fit well without making me feel pressured to spend more than I wanted. The prices were affordable, and my glasses arrived sooner than expected. I highly recommend America’s Best to anyone looking for quality eye care and excellent customer service.

Very rude customer service. I moved to the Canoga location but came back because my mom and uncle made their appointments here but thankfully they now are convinced to never come back here again. The manager is extremely rude and has so many bad reviews saying exactly the same, I'm shocked the corporate hasn't done anything about it. I can not stress enough how much I recommend you not to come here and go to a different location. What an awful experience. The manager use to be very nice when they use to ask you to write review for them on Google. He even called me once to schedule my appointment and I said I went to Canoga and he encouraged me to come back here. Needless to say, thank God I didn't. Going to this place feels like going to a hostile classroom where they scold you for everything. Corporate needs to do something regarding this employee because he treats people awful, thanks to him I'm happy my whole family will never come back. Don’t be fooled by all the good reviews they kept calling and asking customers to specifically do Google reviews and even giving out cards with their QR code.
Super quick and convenient appointments, staff is helpful too. I had to get a new prescription as I have astigmatism and have been using the same glasses for a couple years. I was able to do an eye exam the next day and get glasses prescription ordered same day as appointment, and got contacts to try out as well. They taught me tips on removing them, cleaning and so forth. Would recommend!
I had an okay overall experience at this location, but the doctor interaction was frustrating and felt dismissive. During my exam, the doctor lowered my contact lens prescription, saying it was “too strong,” and also switched me into smaller, tighter lenses. When I tried to explain that I’m an Uber/Lyft driver and need maximum clarity and comfort, especially for night driving. She cut me off and said “it doesn’t matter.” That response was honestly concerning, given how important clear vision is for safety on the road. I’ve worn contacts for years and have tried different fits and prescriptions, so I know what works for my eyes. The initial changes didn’t feel right at all. To her credit, she eventually corrected the prescription and fitting after I pushed back, which is the only reason I’m giving 3 stars instead of 1. But it shouldn’t take that much effort to be heard as a patient. If I’m paying over $300 total, I expect to feel confident and listened to, not dismissed. I’ve been a loyal America’s Best customer for 3 years, so this was disappointing. Hoping they take feedback like this seriously and improve the patient experience.
Great customer service, all the girls are nice and well informed. Doctor was kind and had patience. Would recommend, all associates speak Spanish and were very helpful especially Liliana.
