America’s Best Optometrist

I’ve been coming here for two years now and I love it. I have special needs when it comes to my eyes because I have a nystagmus so they accommodate my needs for the exams and with my sensory issues, they have gone above and beyond. I got the same frames so they would feel the same but they didn’t and they’ve spent so long helping me make sure my frames feel right on my face. Andrea has personally worked with me on multiple occasions to get my frames right and I’m so grateful. I have come back three times in the last few weeks to adjust the fitting of my frames and we got two new frames before the right fit. But they made sure I had the right fit. I couldn’t be more appreciative of this location. Thank you guys.

I took my special needs sister in today and they were awesome with her. She is in a wheelchair and we had a hard time finding someone to see her. She can't be transferred to a chair which makes it difficult to do an eye exam. Dr. Sun was very patient and thorough with her exam. Andrea, Jeannette and Maricela were very patient and kind to her. Everyone treated us with the utmost respect. I recommend this office 100%. The staff is wonderful! Thank you 😊

I called because my contact disappeared in my eye when I was trying to take it out. After multiple times of trying to take it out, it irritated my eye and turned the bottom part red. When I called there was a nice girl that answered the phone. She said that the doctor would check it out if I came before 5:50 PM I drove out of my house at 5:30 from Santa Ana and it’s a 20 minute drive so I got there on time to the store. An older redheaded lady greeted me and I explained to her my situation. She very coldly said if the doctor checks out your eye, it will be $30 and if he removes anything it will be 50 or 70. I don’t remember. I told her over the phone the nice girl didn’t mention anything about charging me. She repeated the same thing callously and didn’t even call the doctor to ask What was discussed between the nice girl and the doctor. 20 minute drive there and 20 minute drive back without them even checking my eye is crazy. I’m never coming here again. 😔

Made an appointment for new eye contacts and new frames. The appointment went very smoothly! Very well organized office from start to finish. Staff is beyond helpful and are super attentive with their work!!

Everyone at America’s Best in Santa Ana are so friendly!! My mom and I had the pleasure of working with Claudia and Dr. Sun. They were both so thorough and informative, and we never felt rushed or mislead. Claudia and the other girls up front even gave us advice on which lenses looked best on us. I even got to bring my pup Kirkland inside. 10/10
