I had a great experience at American Best City. Dr. Joseph was professional, helpful, and very understanding throughout my visit. Sam was also amazing and helped me pick out the perfect frames and explained the pricing clearly. Their excellent customer service made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I definitely recommend them!
Don't let the rating fool you! this store has an anzing staff. From the Doctor that did my exam to the store, and assistant managers and the ladies that work the phones and get you fitted for new glasses this store is a delight. They have gone out of the way to help me a number of times and continue to amaze me with their dedication to their costumers. I would be suprised if you can find service this good at any other eyeglass store in this part of the city.
I normally went to another location and received subpar service for what I spent over the years. This was my first visit at this location and I was pleasantly surprised with the staff starting when I called and I was able to be seen immediately. When I came in I was greeted like an old friend! The exam was quick and to the point! The doctor was able to pull up my old prescription from 3 years ago. He wasted no time getting my exact new prescription. I am handicap and there was ample room to maneuver my scooter without a problem! When it came to picking out my new glasses, using my insurance, and getting what I needed Sam did an excellent job! She took excellent care of me! I recommend this America’s Best over others! 👍👍
Oh my gosh! I could not recommend a better location for America’s Best! The staff and specifically the general manager was absolutely amazing! She listened to my concerns and recommended the best options! I know some people might feel that glasses are just glasses but to be heard made all the difference in the world. I will not go to any other location than this one. Great Job!!!!
My daughter and I booked back to back appointments to get new prescriptions for glasses and contacts. Ms. Donna at the front desk was incredibly friendly, as always. We were seen very quickly, and everyone was professional and friendly. Then Ms. Jessica (the new manager of this location) helped get us with the purchase/insurance portion of our visit. She was very knowledgeable, and most importantly sweet to my daughter. We have been coming to this location for years, and service like this is exactly why we will continue to come back!
