I wanted to share my experience about Tiffany and Randi. They were able to help me get my contacts quickly and efficiently. They made the entire process extremely seamless. I did not have a good experience with vision works in the Fayetteville pavilion and they have made up for that. I would recommend anybody who’s looking for a professional and seamless experience to stop by here. Thank you to their team for providing the best care I’ve received. I will be back.

Oh let me tell you about my experience at America's Best it really was a wonderful experience. It started with Ms. Jody with a pleasant greeting with a smile. After signing in I had the pleasure of being pre examined by Eva she was pleasant and very informative on the procedures. After that I met Nicole who was the doctor's assistant. She was nice and very helpful at explaining the process. After completing my exam I met Ben to close out my eyeglass purchase. I will definitely refer this location.

My visit at America’s Best in Fayetteville was amazing. Nicole , Ben, and Isaiah were such wonderful help and made the process so easy. Jody at the front desk was very welcoming and got me checked in fast. Any questions I had, the staff answered and were kind. This will be my forever glasses home ! I definitely recommend!

My 75 year old disabled father went yesterday for an eye exam and purchased 2 pairs of glasses for $490. He requested a copy of his prescription which was missing the PD. I called to request it over the phone, less than 24 hours later and was refused then told we would have to come in. I had to bring him out again for them to write two PD numbers on a sticky note. Please just add it to the original prescription and consider your elderly customers.

Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable experience This was our second time using this office. My children and I already completed our eye exams. I returned for my contact lens follow-up/trial appointment to finalize everything. I arrived 15–20 minutes early for my scheduled appointment and sat in the waiting room for over THREE HOURS. I was never called back, never acknowledged, and eventually had to leave. When I called to reschedule, instead of apologizing or fixing their mistake, they told me I would have to start the entire process over and pay for another exam — even though I showed up early and waited for hours for an appointment THEY failed to honor. Trying to charge a patient again because of your own scheduling and office failure is unacceptable. This is not how you treat returning patients or families. We will never return, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this office with their time or money.
