Online appointment with this practice is not up to snuff! We tried booking for my son on a Thursday only to get here & office was closed. Staff didn’t even have the courtesy to call us back to schedule appropriately. So not impressed with customer service! Came back today noticed Clean well stocked establishment; was referred by my husband since he raves about this doctor. However I’m yet to be convinced he knows his onions since I got here today and was told he’s not available again so had to physically make our appointment with Cynthia

My whole family loves Dr Roberts and the staff at Every Eye Care! We’ve been going here for about seven years. The wait on getting in to be seen varies but on average just a few weeks for routine care and within a few days for a problem visit. Dr Roberts is lively and energetic while also caring very deeply about each patient and listening to our concerns. He and his staff explain everything thoroughly before and during the visit. I highly recommend this practice!

Dr. Robert’s and his staff are amazing. They make you feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. Cynthia was the absolute best and had several great suggestions on different things. I would recommend them to take care of me and my family any day.

Took my mother for a cataract follow-up appointment and the staff treated her with patience from the moment we entered. They guided her carefully between rooms because walking has become difficult recently. That level of kindness made the visit less stressful.
