I had a wonderful experience at Elevated Eyecare in Fayetteville. All of the staff that I interacted with were very kind and welcoming. After having several evaluations previously with remote doctors dialing in, it was refreshing to have an in-person appointment again, but the doctor here is exceptionally outgoing and helpful. The facility was very clean and well-organized as well. I would definitely recommend anyone in the Fayetteville area give them a visit over the large chain businesses by the Pavillion -- especially if you're a contact lens wearer.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Moreland. She was extremely knowledgeable, and offered insights into what could help my visual acuity. She was not pushy at all, but instead offered me the science behind her recommendation of me trying contact lenses. The process was very thorough and I am very happy with my experience. I will definitely be going back and bringing my family as well.
Rakia was the lady working the front counter today (June 18th 2026), who ordered a Door Dash delivery from me. She did not tip...... After expenses I did not even make minimum wage. I can't stand inconsiderate people. Paying people illegal wages is just plain evil. Good people don't do that. Treat others as you'd like to be treated. She had the audacity to select "Hand order to me". Imagine being that "self unaware", or outright uncaring. No shame. Anyway, it costs $0.50 a mile on average (minimum) to operate a vehicle per mile. I drove at least 4 miles total, and that's not even including the drive distance to my next pickup, so I am being very very generous with all of these figures. After these expenses, I am left with $2.00 (maximum!) for 20 minutes of my life?! $6 an hour is what that comes out to. That is not even the legal requirement for minimum wage in Georgia.
Love, Love, Loved it!❤️ Dr. Hart-Moreland has a very personable bedside manner! She is very thorough with her examination and explanation of results. She examined my eyes in ways that the "drive- thru" eye care places I went to never attempted; and she explained every angle in detail! I will be giving referrals!
I was amazed at the customer service that I received at this office. The staff was Awesome, very Professional, Knowledgeable and the Personality of everyone was the bomb! I made this practice my only spot for my eye care!
