The doctors have been wonderful! We love Dr. Whitted! He has given such great care to my mom who has macular degeneration. He explains everything well and is very caring and compassionate. Dr. Kuang has been excellent also. He listens and answers my questions very thoroughly. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I left my appointment feeling extremely hurt and uncomfortable. I felt that the doctor was rude and dismissive toward me. I was sitting right next to him, yet he repeatedly referred to me as “her” while speaking to the gentleman assisting him. I felt as though I wasn't being treated with the basic respect I deserved as a patient. I am also concerned about the accuracy of my prescriptions. A female staff member performed the eye testing and provided the prescriptions, while the doctor examined my eyes afterward and explained what was wrong with my left eye. I am also experiencing issues with my right eye. Because I was already wary about whether my new glasses prescription was correct, I decided not to order the glasses at that time. I was also concerned about the contact lens process. I was told there would be a charge to ship my contacts directly to me, so I agreed to have them shipped to the office instead. I was never given a trial pair, which made me even more uncomfortable about moving forward with the prescription. Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling as though I am being treated unfairly. I have spent years trying to move forward from something I said out of anger more than five years ago in another state. I took responsibility, apologized, and accepted the consequences at the time. I don't believe I should have to spend the rest of my life feeling as though I am being punished for it. I am deeply disappointed by this experience. I came to this office expecting professional, respectful care, especially when it concerns something as important as my eyesight. Instead, I left feeling hurt, uneasy, and unsure whether I can trust the care I received. I intend to document what happened and carefully consider my next steps. I hope this matter can be addressed appropriately because every patient deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and professionalism.

From the beginning to the end of my appointments, the staff were very professional and courteous. They made me feel at ease, explaining whatever tests they were doing even the routine tests. I've been treated by various opthamologists for over 70 yrs. I'm very satisfied with the eye care I'm receiving from Dr. Morgan and the Eye Consultants of Atl. I understand and agree with the treatment for my eye condition.

Really enjoyed the visit. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Dr. Floyd just became my favorite physician. He took plenty of time explaining my options and eliminating my concerns. I never got the feeling that I was “just another patient”. I highly recommend Dr. Floyd and his practice!

The Staff as well as Dr Tucker were amazing! My appointment was much more involved due to me having stage 4 cancer and the extreme pain I was experiencing. Dr Tucker was so very kind and patient with me! He was very professional and thorough with my care. He took the time to explain everything to me and was very compassionate! He definitely made me know I was in the right place when he asked if he could pray for me! It was soo comforting and brought peace to my fears and soul! I would highly recommend him and his practice for their knowledge, professionalism, kindness and love for the Lord! The care and treatment of this practice is top notch !
