Organized clean location. Although Walmart has just about everything this Walmart location this Fayette Pavilion has plenty of retail stores to shop. Huge stocked Supercenter.
Not my favorite retail store to visit but this location is not bad. I had an easy return experience in this particular trip with few lines and a helpful customer service rep assigned to returns. There is ample parking like most Walmart locations.
The store is very clean the products were available and I really think the employees for helping me find different products overall the cashier was excellent have a wonderful evening
This Walmart staff leadership in disappointed in. I encountered 3 TEAM LEADS yet none displayed any leadership skills. This location is selling USED SHOES at FULL PRICE disguised as new shoes in boxes. Their process isn't proving to be effective which falls back on leadership. There's no QA process. What's the process when shoes are returned to the store? Whoever that's over returns, fire them.
This location is well stocked and has a nice clearance section. I received EXCELLENT service from Stella at this location. She saw me struggling with my items (I should have gotten a cart), and she offered me a box to carry my items in. That made my day! That’s the way customer service should be. Great job Stella!
