Pleasant experience all around. The front end staff were helpful and friendly. The optometrist really took time with all members of our family and we didn't feel rushed. My young daughter was nervous about going but was made to feel super comfortable.

After having my pupils dilated, it took over 5 days to wear off. Since then my eyesight has been severely blurred. Never really returned to how it was before my eyes were dilated. When I asked the young lady at the front desk, she didn’t have much to say. Just said it should’ve worn off by now, then we stared at each other. I’m not sure if the drops were expired or too strong but that has never happened to me. The young lady administered the drops did use two different bottles and normally when I’m seen in other clinics they use one particular bottle one in each eye. She used two different bottles, two drops in each eye. Going to recommend everyone not to be seen here. Think these reviews are either outdated or they’re paying for them. The selection of glasses was also very limited
I love giving positive reviews, but in my case I Am Sick of being Discriminated against from the Fayetteville GA location. My wife, our teenager and I are customer's at this location for years. To avoid being overly emotional with my experience, I will just list the dates and actions I'm currently receiving. 1st appointment - (February 25th) after my exam, I was routed to sit with Danielle, the Optician from "Haiti" and the conversation became a little tense where I have a set shade in my lens from previous visits so I just want to keep this same setting with my new prescription. The Optician pushed for me to get some transitional lens because this is what she likes. I proceeded to let her know I did not want the transition lens. It seemed like she took it personal, yet after the appointment I thought we had an understanding. Lens/glasses Pick-up day - (March 12th) New lens prescription comes in and my glasses lens are too dark as if they where sunglasses. So, I called back to the office the following Monday (March 16th) and spoke with the Optician "Danielle" about my lens. Danielle was extremely snappy with me and mumbled "she will set-up a drop off to take my lens for corrections, for which it could be at her location or another location. I thanked her and we ended the call. Currently - I have yet to receive a follow -up call to let me know she's still working on a drop off location. No communication. So, I decided to call in Monday (March 23rd) and the receptionist stated Danielle was not in the office that day and she will send a voicemail to her informing Danielle to follow-up with me. Today is Wednesday, March 25th. Fyi - my wife received her lens/glasses within a week. I have yet to receive a follow-up call or any communication. At this point, I'm not sure if I'm comfortable going back to this location, further more taking my son's and family. I guess I'm not important enough for the Optician to at least follow-up with me. I'm in my 50's and I need my glasses. We are a military family and this experience is not fair to me and I wouldn't want anyone in my family to experience anything like this.
I had a very disappointing experience with this office. I was originally scheduled for an annual appointment in March, but in February, I received a call informing me that my doctor had passed away.. (Dr. E was exceptional and will truly be missed.) During that call, my appointment was rescheduled to April 15th at 8:45 AM with another provider. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told I was not on the schedule. The front desk staff explained that there were no notes or comments in my chart indicating my appointment had been rescheduled—only that it had been canceled. While they apologized, the only option offered was to place me on a waitlist for a same-day cancellation or reschedule me a month later at a different location. I had taken time off work and coordinated multiple appointments that day, so this was a significant inconvenience. This experience reflects a serious breakdown in communication and scheduling.
Every patient should feel like they are the priority. Treatment dates: 😡2/25/26 My Husband's First appointment 😡3/12/26 My Husband's Glasses pick up after calling to check on status 😡3/16/26 My Husband called to get lens correction, was told that he would be contacted for drop off haven't heard back since 😡3/19/26 I received glasses to my specification in less than a week and did not have to call to check on status. My husband did not feel like the priority when Danielle the Haitian optician did not listen to his request for his glasses, and he now has to wear what looks like sunglasses because the lenses are extremely too dark. To add insult to injury, when my husband called to try to get the issue resolved, he was met with snappiness, and an unfavorable attitude from Danielle, as a professional. Sad to say, we will be leaving and not recommend to our family and friends. What makes my husband and I so different, to where we are treated completely different. Is it skin complexion? Is it extreme feminism? What is it? I'm disgusted and appalled. Every patient is a priority and should be treated as such. Danielle obviously doesn't feel this way, how she poorly she treated my husband.
