Very disappointed with my experience at this office 2 weeks ago. I was given trial contact lenses are expired from a whole year ago, and after wearing them I experienced burning, dryness, irritation, and blurry vision. There was also very poor communication regarding what I would need in order to complete my glasses order. I was never told during my appointment that I would need an additional PD/pupil distance measurement in order to order my glasses with my new prescription. And I asked them before leaving do I need to do anything else because I’m ordering my glasses elsewhere, they said NO. When I later explained that my contacts were burning my eyes, I was simply told to take them out. However, I would have already had glasses to switch to if the office had properly explained what I needed during my appointment instead of leaving that information out until afterward. I recommend to anybody going here to check your contacts and their expiration dates and make sure you ask a bunch of questions because clearly they have terrible communication and they don’t tell you anything and they give out expired stuff. In no instance should contacts be given out to patients that are expired from almost a year ago.
