Lee was awesome - great customer service! Was super quick in and out of there with little wait even on a Saturday. I even booked my appointment at the wrong location and Lee was able to help me see an eye doctor quickly and help coordinate cancelling my other appointment. Very happy 10/10

I had such a wonderful experience picking out my new glasses. I walked in feeling overwhelmed by all the choices, but the associate immediately put me at ease. They listened to what I liked, offered thoughtful suggestions, and helped me find a pair that fits my style perfectly. His patience, professionalism, and eye for detail made the whole process enjoyable. I absolutely love my new glasses and couldn't be happier with the service I received. Highly recommend

Came in as a walk-in. I was overdue for new glasses. The whole staff was super friendly. They helped with fixing my glasses so I can have them until the new ones come in. Thank you!! Also, Christina was awesome and super helpful. She helped me pick something out of my norm which I'm excited about. Overall, a great experience. Great staff and service.

I purchased two pairs of stylish glasses and am very happy with my selections. I was hesitant to choose but received much needed assistance from the wonderful Lee who helped me pick frames that fit my face shape. She worked with my insurance and got me a great deal. Overall a positive experience!

I have been coming to America's Best on Elston for over 10 years. Now my husband and kids come as well. The customer service is excellent. I keep coming back because they are helpful, courteous, and on the rare occasion I've needed something changed (ex. my prescription updated after a trial, glasses re-made) they are accommodating. I always leave as a happy customer. Lisset is incredibly professional as is her team. I've never had an issue with any Dr., but I've especially liked Dr. Kim recently. My husband now goes here as well and is equally as happy with the experience and service.
