My parent had a horrible experience, one lady on her phone and the other one doing her nails WTH. Not one bilingual person and no one was doing their job and attending their customer. Smh very disappointed. There's usually a Hispanic lady there that's awesome!

I had a great experience shopping for my first pair of glasses. Andrea C was soo patient and helpful with helping me decide fit and style. Staff has great personality and it was a fun experience. Highly recommend this store.

ladies there are so rude my dad called about his prescription lenses that also get sent out with the original lenses as well. Lady who answered the phone was so rude about trying to find out why we didn’t get our original lenses included with the prescription lenses. Which is the reason why we go to this shop to buy the glasses that he gets because we always get both lenses. When me and my mom showed up and were waiting to be attended the lady at the front desk picked up a phone call which was from my father to which she than out loud told the manager who was attending us “ugh it’s him again on the line” to which the manager said who and the lady at the service desk said my fathers name to her surprise me and my mom where there already to try and resolve the issue. The fact that they talk about other customers like this when we are just trying to get what we paid for is insane they really need to work on their customer service.

My Husband and I have been to this location since we were young. But lately there has been new staff and it seems that they don’t want to help. I went friday to get some glasses and contacts and I was going to purchase them spending about $450 using insurance and the girl has my insurance information in the system, but she decided not to help me out and made me look for it which is weird because I’ve been using the same insurance for two years now, so I let it go. I was already irritated. I left to the one in Geneva and you know what…they have everything I was able to purchase everything so it just seem that this location here in Lake St does not want to help other’s. They don’t want do their job and it’s sad because this was my one location to go to, but not anymore.

The eye doctor was a very rude lady! I was treated badly when I was inside the room with her. She was yelling at me and giving me bad attitude. At first, they put it me on a room with a worker but it ended up her talking behind my back to her coworkers only because I was afraid on certain procedures that they were doing on me. I was hearing everything that the worker was saying about me and despite that she got out from her room and walk past me and laughed. I felt I was being humiliated. I was treated horrible by the workers in this facility. Horrible customer service.
