She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. Miguel was also very kind, professional, and helpful. Together, they make me feel welcoming and efficient. Associates like Sachas and Miguel truly deserve recognition for their hard work, positive attitudes, and dedication to customers. I love this Walmart and go weekly. The staff are very nice and the door greeter Billy is so helpful and very nice! He goes out of his way to get you a shooter if you need it or point you in the right direction to what your shopping for. Great job Billy 🙂

Great experience at Walmart Supercenter in Batavia, IL! The store was clean, organized, and well stocked. The staff were friendly, helpful, and checkout was quick and easy. I was able to find everything I needed at good prices. Excellent customer service overall — definitely deserves 5 stars!

This place is a circus 🎪 with a bunch of clowns. Try to get a price check the lady told me to download the app 😒. I called 10 time to no answer. Management should be embarrassed. Walmart always have expire food and items almost always not in there correct area with prices properly displayed.
