I met with Dr King and he quickly diagnosed the issue and treated the condition in the office. I had significant improvement within 20 hours and on the way to recovery. Their staff took my call and was able to see me first thing the next morning. It was a great experience.

I called to inquire about becoming a new patient. After a series of questions, I was informed that the provider I would be seeing SPECIALIZED in my condition. I arrived on time and still waited 30 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. I went through various eye exams with the assistant. When I finally met the doctor, she basically told me I should see someone who specializes in my condition and no one here does. I was then given a recommendation for another clinic. Of course my insurance was billed and my copay was not refunded. A total waste of time and money.

I was welcomed by the receptionist and in the exam very soon after arrival & check-in. The technician (Derick?) was great, very knowledgeable & explained exactly how and why each test was conducted. Dr Hawkins is very professional, answers questions thoroughly and explains results.

Geneva Eye Clinic and staff are great! I had 2 different doctors do my cataract surgeries and both were so nice at explaining what to expect. All is well now and I'm happy with the whole outcome.

This practice is well run and has the friendliest group of doctors and staff. I experience no anxiety whatsoever with my appointments of treatment. Dr. German is the best!
