The lady at the front desk was very kind and welcoming, and she speaks Spanish for those who don't literally know any English she is the sweetest person. They get you in and out quickly. I have been going here for years and love it 100/10. The doctor is also always nice.

It took them 6 weeks of me calling and going in multiple times to discover NO ONE EVER PLACED THE ORDER FOR MY GLASSES!!!!! That is just ridiculous I’ve never ever had to ask for my money back at a doctors facility

The older lady with the blonde hair is always rude. She is almost didn’t me my sons glasses today because I didn’t have a receipt BUT THEIR SIGN ON THE COUNTER STATES RECEIPT OR CURRENT INSURANCE CARD!! I told her I have the insurance card and tried to fight me back on that and say they wrote it wrong (sign has been there forever) and I can’t be treated differently. What do mean?! It’s on your sign!! I’ve been with Dr.David over 25 years since he was in Chicago under the Howard st Redline

The doctor didn't even give me a complete eye exam and I ended up with with glasses that make NO difference in my eyesight. They are rude and display incorrect hours of business on their door. I felt like this business just gets you in and out as quickly as they possiblycan and that's it! It's dusty and dirty inside with celing leaks. I told my insurance not to send anyone there due to their complete lack of ability to correct your eyesight. I paid for my second pair for distance and they don't improve my sight at all. They refuse to do another examination and give me a useable product. Run, don't walk away from Lake Street Optical!
