Highly recommend this location! I had a great experience at America’s Best. Dr. James Carroll was fantastic, he took the time to answer all of my questions and addressed every concern I had during the exam. The entire staff is so helpful and efficient, making sure everything is handled perfectly on their end, from the front desk receptionists to the consultants. A special shout-out to Melissa, who did an amazing job delivering my contacts and ensuring my new glasses were fitted perfectly. It’s rare to find such a seamless process from start to finish!

First week of December I got new glasses, on the 15th my mom had emergency spine surgery so I had to care for her in Wisconsin were she lives, was gone well over a month. 2 weeks after I got my glasses I was having issue, fuzzy and blurry. I figured it was exhaustion and headaches. When I finally was able to come home, I went in to have them check my glasses, the glasses were as prescribed. I understood it was my fault I couldn't get back within the 30 days, but the manager waived it and had me get my eyes checked again. After speaking with the Dr we realized I started new meds which could affect my eyes, got rechecked and new glasses. I think they could tell how stressed I was and just helped when I needed it and I am so grateful. They are all great people there. Thank you I needed the kindness.
I would love to shout out Heather from this location, she is so friendly and beyond helpful! I had been into the store a couple other times when she wasn't working and had no one check in with me, ultimately leaving me empty handed and disappointed. Heather immediately greets you and assists in finding numerous frames to help ease the shopping process.
Great experience! I've never worn glasses and had no idea what I needed to do. Mellisa was very patient and very knowledgeable, from explaining the packaging options, insurance coverage to types of frames that were availableto me. Very professional and just overall great atmosphere. Also big thank you to Dr. Carroll, for be patient with me. Great team, great experience, 5 stars.
I am sad to see a lot of 1 star reviews. My husband, myself and my daughter all received the exam and glasses. All 3 of us have nothing but good things to say about this location with our experiences. My husband has gone a few times for adjustments and they make every effort to ensure he is comfortable. They even took an extra step to help us with an issue and we are forever grateful. 5 stars from us.
