America’s Best Optometrist

Sadly we live in a world where great customer service has become a thing of the past, but not here at this location at America's best eyeglasses. My sales associate that cared for me by the name of DEYNISHA went above and beyond! She displayed 💯% great customer service all while keeping a beautiful smile on her face the entire time. DEYNISHA was helpful with all of my questions and concerns while not missing a beat with the skills and knowledge she has of her job. I have been coming to this primary location for the past decade or so and each time I have experience nothing but the best of service!

Everyone was so nice and very helpful! I wanted a change and they were very patient when I tried on almost every single pair there! Not only were they helpful with the glasses, but when it came down to picking the right contacts, they helped me get into two different trials to see what contacts I like the most, I definitely will be coming back!

Prices are RIDICULOUS. I've been a loyal customer for over twenty years but I will never buy another pair of glasses from America's Best and I will tell everyone that your prices are out of control. I picked out the cheapest frames in the store as part of the sale and somehow my total was over $500. America's Best has lost the plot. This isn't about the store, it's about whoever is setting the prices in corporate. Really wild to charge us 3x as much and do REMOTE eye exams.

This location used to be efficient. Could make an appointment, show up on time, be seen in 5-10 minutes, and be on your way. I'm not sure if they're under new management or what, but DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT HERE. been waiting 2 hours now for a routine eye exam, and everyone in this waiting area has been here even longer. This location should immediately be closed and all its employees fired.

I just had an appointment scheduled for 12:20PM. They told me it was going to be Telehealth. I arrived on time and pre-registered. After a few minutes of waiting, someone did the initial eye exam. I was told to take a seat and someone would call me back shortly for the telehealth part with the doctor. I waited over an hour before I went up front and asked if they had forgotten about me (no one to be found in the area that I was in). I was informed that they were running a few minutes behind. After 1 hour and 45 minutes of waiting, someone calls me back into a room with a screen and says ‘Sorry for the wait. We only have 6 doctors available for all 16 locations.’ I waited another 30 minutes before explaining that this was absolutely ridiculous. He stated that this is a persistent problem and there was nothing he could do. He kept checking and there were less and less doctors online. When there were only 2 left (busy), he said we needed to reschedule. Are you kidding me?! I just wasted more than 2 hours for an Eye Exam!!!!! I’m never coming back here AGAIN! The manager literally did not care at all. He just said this was the way it was and there was nothing they could do. No sorry, no nothing. INSANITY!
