Rosedale Location During today’s pressure check, I raised valid clinical concerns regarding my treatment plan. Every visit with Dr. Moncrieffe follows the exact same pattern she claims my eye pressure is elevated and attempts to prescribe a new eye drop. However, when other doctors in your practice evaluate me, my readings are fine. When I pointed out that my pressure was completely normal during my May and June appointments, she claimed those readings were not in my chart and became disrespectful and defensive. A physician / patient relationship requires trust and accurate record keeping. When I questioned why my pressure only spikes with her, I was met with attitude rather than a medical explanation. This is not the first time she has displayed unprofessional behavior. On a previous visit she was having a bad day. When I declined to take yet another new drop and requested a new physician, she dismissively told me that if I didn't like her, I could see Dr. Katzen next time and walked off in the opposite direction of myself and the assistant that was there. The assistant was very sweet and helpful and was trying to find the missing notes . She also kept apologizing for Dr Moncrieffe behavior and walk off . To make matters worse, Dr. Moncrieffe failed to properly close out my appointment notes upon walking out. As a result, the front desk staff could not schedule my follow up, assign my new doctor, or tell me what my next steps were yet my full copay was still collected for an incomplete checkout process. Being told someone will call me without resolving my scheduling or provider transfer is unacceptable. I expect a follow up call soon to see how will be handled and whether I should proceed with future appointments
