Staff and doctor were very professional and helpful . listened to what I said about my vision. they were knowledgeable about my needs. had laser removal of the clouds in my eyes doctor performed wonderfully. Will recommend to my friends

I have been a patient of Omni Eye Specialists for more than 20 years, and unfortunately, the quality of service has steadily declined over time. The biggest issue is communication. It has become extremely difficult to reach anyone by phone for appointments or prescription refills. Recently, my Walmart Pharmacy has been trying to contact the office for a prescription refill, and after four days, they still have not received a response. This is extremely frustrating, especially when patients depend on timely access to their medications. I was seen at the office recently, and my prescription refill request is not due to a lack of follow-up care. I have my eyes checked at least twice a year and have been a consistent, long-term patient. Despite maintaining regular appointments, getting assistance outside of an office visit has become unnecessarily difficult. After more than two decades as a loyal patient, I am disappointed to see the level of customer service continue to worsen. Patients should be able to reach their healthcare provider and receive timely responses to prescription and appointment requests. I hope Omni Eye Specialists addresses these issues and improves communication with its patients.

My appointment with Dr. Ted Gancayco was great. He's very pleasant to speak with and takes the time to explain his process and findings, and to also answer questions. The Omni staff are professional and polite.

I have better Eyesight because of The Omni Eye Specialists and Great Receptionists too. Or Office Managers. Our Great State of Maryland are Better with them.

The entire staff is so nice and helpful! I would give more then 5 stars if could! The eye doctor is a miracle worker !!!
