Customer service was very helpful, everyone in the building was nice and respectful. Answered all the questions i asked and explained everything in detail. Shout out to Jasmine too, she was very cool and very professional to work with. She was extraordinary. Explained all the payments in detail and was patient with me. Made me and mother feel welcomed. Jasmine gives great laughs and energy when talking to her. Even got personal with why i should and should get certain things and gave me recommendations when at home. She’s highly recommended. I had the best experience with the Waldorf location. I was a walk in and came in at a very busy time, the team was very professional, friendly and patient. They got everyone seen in a timely manner and spent the time necessary with each patient never making you feel rushed or not heard. All questions were answered and clarified if needed. Jasmine broke the billing down very clearly and research the best deals for what I needed, I’ve never experienced this type of care with an eye care company I will definitely be coming back and bringing the family.

Miss Jasmine at the Waldorf market place location is absolutely OUTSTANDING!! She is very personable. Her customer service is awesome. From my first call to make an appointment to the end of ordering my glasses. She is truly an asset to the company. I will come back here again and tell others just because of her. Tony was also pleasant and great also. He laughed at my silly jokes. He has such a good spirt. Just a good team. I had a very good experience.
