Sequoia assisted me and she was so helpful, nice and knowledgeable (such a beautiful spirit). I am writing this review from the store because of the absolutly AMAZING service I am receiving from Sequoia in selecting frames (notice the plural). She's professional, knowledgeable, caring, and personable. The friendly, professional atmosphere was experienced from my 1st step in the door. I walked in on a hunch for an eye exam, and the staff greeted me with a welcoming smile and took great care with prescreening me before seeing the doctor. Dr. Motamedi also gave a great exam, and dropped some useful knowledge on me relative to the benefits of in-store purchase of progressive lenses vs online. And I am glad he did as I listened to his advice and purchased glasses in store.....pause review cause I am still looking at frames...... I'm back. I am so happy with the service and prices of the glasses. After coming in on a humble expecting to walk out with a prescription only to order glasses on line, I ended up purchasing three pairs of progressives. I could not be happier! Get your eye exam and glasses here, you won't be disappointed.
