My first appointment for an eye exam was a good experience! I was greeted by Kendra Optical Tech who was very busy; however she remained friendly and focused on processing patients to be seen by the doctor. La Plata Vision Center location didn’t disappoint! Stop in and see for yourself!

My experience was great no long wait. The technician that checked me in and performed the pre eye exam was very pleasant and professional. The doctor was amazing he explained the process and asked me a few times did I have any questions. I was at ease and didn’t feel rushed. The technician that helped me select eye glasses was phenomenal. She took the time to explain my options for glasses and where to find the answers about my health insurance.

From registration to picking out glasses, the process was seamless. After a thorough eye examination, I was given my prescription to pick out glasses. There was a nice selection to choose from. The optician explained the differences and benefits of wearing bifocals versus progressives. I walked away feeling very confident in my selection.

Checking in was a breeze the girl greeted me with a smile. She took right in for pictures of my eyes. After we were finished the doctor brought me in the exam room. Very thorough filled out all paper work and gave me my new exam card. Very happy thanks

I simply LOVE the staff at the Hi Def Eyecare Center in LaPlata! I look forward to seeing everyone each year. Here, you are treated like family, not as another customer or as another number for their books. The staff from making the appointment, to checking in, to seeing the doctor, to selecting your frames and all want to truly know and learn about you. They want to ensure that you are very comfortable, which creates that atmosphere we all want! We want an atmosphere to not only share our concerns, but also know that those serving us will actively listen, and address our concerns with true facts.
