I had to warranty my pair Eyewear glasses 2 times. The third pair of glasses did not rest on my face comfortably and they told me they were UNWILLING and UNABLE to adjust them. I told them I had a heat gun and would do it myself and they straight up recommended using a hair dryer. THAT MEANS THEY ARE ABLE TO BE ADJUSTED! Now I have to adjust my 200 dollar glasses myself with a heat gun or hair dryer which can destroy my anti reflective coating. I can't believe they would recommend something like that. . . The service here has been poor from the jump. They were "polite" in their words but condescending in the level of service. I am going to be calling the corporate office because of the level of awful service. IF YOU NEED YOUR FRAMES ADJUSTED I GOT THE TOOLS!

Was able to find an appointment through them within 24 hours for an eye exam. They were amazing. The receptionist was friendly looked up my insurance for me since I had no idea who I went through for it. The appointment took like 10 minutes. I was in and out with my prescription and everything I needed within 30 minutes. Will definitely go back to them. One very happy customer.

I went last week for the first time in a long time to get new glasses. As a person with bad social anxiety i was so anxious. The knowledgeable Brooklyn checked me in and honestly it felt like she knew i was anxious and reasssured me. THANKS GIRL. Once my Tech called me back her name was Jamie btw, she was fantastic. While doing her job she Kept me laughing while also staying professional and on track. I seen Dr.Mark after and he was so informative, personiable and answered all my questions. Great Doc! Finally , Jennifer who also made me laugh and helped me order my lenses. The whole office was great. I am not just saying that , you guys are awesome, and I really do appreciate all of you.

Highly recommend doctor Lindsay Buurma! It had been a struggle for many years to find the right contact lense at many different places due to my eyes is super complicated but doctor Lindsay didn't give up and work her magic, now i be able to see far and up close for work. Thank you!

Whether it’s Lauren, a new Associate; or Jenn, the Muskegon Store Manager; or Tracey, the Regional Manager, who happened to be visiting this Muskegon Store that day, all were very caring, knowledgeable, and helpful, giving excellent Customer Service, whether it was I was in the sales process, the pickup process; or another sales and glass adjustment service. I was very impressed and would recommend them to anyone!!🥹
