I won’t be returning to this location. I’ve been with RX optical for a long time, and have not experienced poor quality in their lenses until I worked with this location. First, when my prescription was ready for pickup, they had me try on my glasses, and they barely fit my face. Then, once I finally decided to wear my new glasses, I noticed scratching in both lenses. They allowed me to return them and ordered me new ones, but now I’m noticing that when held underneath the light, the left lens has permanent smearing. I have never had these issues when ordering new glasses. The fact that they are ridiculously expensive and I still get low quality glasses does not sit well with me at all.
My husband and I both looked and found frames that we liked within 15 minutes today and Jackie assisted us with deciding what we wanted added to our lens. Jackie was so knowledgeable about all the Rx Optical products and educated us about our choices. We appreciated her friendly personality and sense of humor. She is part of the reason we keep coming back year after year for our new glasses. They provide the best optical care in the Muskegon County area!
Had my very first eye exam today and everyone was so warm and friendly and made me feel very comfortable! Would highly recommend to anyone, I can't wait to pickup my glasses in a few weeks!
