The doctor was fantastic and thorough. The ladies at the desk were polite and knowledgeable. All in all a great experience, and I will be back yearly for eye exams

Westland staff are both pleasant and helpful. Malerie is the BEST! She was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and very supportive in helping this very indecisive individual select the perfect frames!

Got glasses came back for lenses coming off and the manager is real ordered a new pair of glasses true great customer service

I had a issue with the lenses on my eyeglasses a purchased.Was a little stressed about going about a replace or warranty on the eyeglasses I purchased I was helped by the manager a gentleman he made it easy and resolved my concern in minutes without any problems.He was professional and a great help on replacing my glasses.I will cont going here.I get eyeglasses for me the wife and son .Highly recommend
