I highly recommend America's Best! I have an unusual prescription and waited until the last minute to order my contacts. I was completely without lenses and terrified of driving to my night work shifts. Jennifer Coleman and Phyllis Lambert went completely above and beyond. Instead of making me wait until the next day per standard policy, they searched the incoming shipment the moment it arrived so I could drive safely. The doctor and staff are incredibly kind and accommodating!
I came here for the first time, looking for an affordable place for exams and contact lenses. Very glad I did. Customer service is great, the rooms are clean, and the patient program is way more affordable than insurance, so I signed up. And this probably isn’t a big deal to most people but they actually have cool AC on, so it was comfortable. It’s summer, and alot of places are too hot inside so I really appreciate that.
Kelly at the North lake location made everything great for me! Since she couldn't fix my glasses, she fashioned a temporary pair for me on the spot. And she set me up with a new exam and detailed all the benefits my insurance provided me. ALL FOR FREE. She was so patient and friendly, I'm glad I got to work with her, she made everything seamless! 10/10!!
