America’s Best Optometrist

Kati is a breath of fresh air. She greeted me with a smile and tackled every task she was given by her superiors with that same smile. She was also the one who screened my vision before I saw the optometrist, who was through and found issues with my eyes that no other doctor pointed out. And when I had a question about my insurance coverage, another associate assured me she run it so I wouldn’t have to pay anymore out of pocket than necessary. So I ordered a pair of RayBans and I can’t wait to pick them up. Hopefully Kati will be there. She’s a shining star in the America’s Best universe!

Kendra Carter was amazing. Was able to replace the screw for my glasses and check everything else on them to make sure I wouldn't have any issues. Cleaned them up and gave them back better than before. Appreciate her kindness and wonderful personality. Would come back again for sure.

This is like the fourth time I had to replace my glasses. Make sure you get the warranty. The frames are made cheaply they break in half and also the arm of the glasses break off. I had to pay out-of-pocket for another frame and they put my old bifocal lenses in it so I highly recommend. Going to another place or make sure you get warranty on your glasses
