Kristine went above and beyond in helping me with my needs. She adjusted my son's glasses and helped replace my frames. She was so courteous and nice it felt as though I was at a chik fila with that signature 10👏 out of 10👏 customer service. She deserves at least a couple raises. Highly recommend
After having a bad experience with Americas best next door, we decided to give them a try and we are so glad we did! Missy aka Melissa was super helpful & friendly! She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions without hesitation. Dr is also very nice guy, they even offered a couple free contacts.
Went to get glasses recently and was helped by Missy. She was absolutely wonderful. Extremely helpful in picking out something new and different for me. She was very knowledgeable and simply a pleasant person to talk to. Absolutely would go back. And my glasses came in today and are perfect.
I needed an eye exam and new glasses. Dr. Wayne Utice was very nice and thorough. Missy and their entire staff made the process quick and easy. My new glasses were ready in only 4 days!
Today I had Missy help me but I’ve been coming here for years and always get quality care and help from their employees! Would highly recommend getting glasses/ contacts here. They are super friendly and fix/pop lenses back in for you if they ever break!
