Raphael and the rest of the staff at the Vineland LensCrafters were absolutely amazing. My daughter lost her glasses at the beach on the first day of our vacation. Raphael and the LensCrafters team went above and beyond to make sure she was out the door with an affordable pair of glasses as soon as possible. Mind you, this was right before the July 4th holiday weekend. My family felt so well cared for. We highly recommend this location and their kind, knowledgeable staff. We really cannot say enough about how pleased we were to be able to continue our vacation with my daughter’s great new glasses.

I found my trip to LensCrafters to be very pleasant and productive. The store was clean and neat, and I was greeted by a very nice woman who was very knowledgeable and helpful. They had a large selection of frames and discounts. The customer service was wonderful!

Raphael was amazing, helped us with all out questions, and got us answers promptly. Store was well kept and staff was kind, thoughtful, and eager to help with all our glasses needs. Highly recommend this location.

Eileen at lens crafters in Cumberland mall is absolutely wonderful!!! Last September she helped me find glasses that fit my face and that I actually loved and today she helped fix my lens repair that came back in a way I wasn’t happy with, she went above and beyond to help get them sent out to be corrected. She made me feel comfortable and not a bother at all even though I have a very strong prescription she assured me I’m not alone. I will definitely come back here just for her help!!!

Go to the store and ask for Eileen I can assure you you’ll have an excellent visit. She will treat you like family. This place is truly exceptional. I rate it A+.
