America’s Best Optometrist

I visited Americas best on June 1st of 2026(this year). I had a pretty good experience with no real complaints. The doctor was very helpful, and she was quick and precise so the appointment didn’t last to long. I also was in and out of the protesting room in good time to be able to get my things together to see the doctor which I appreciated. I continue to go back to the Voorhees location because I used to work here a few years ago, and there are still staff that I recognize and that take care of me the best they can which I like since it’s familiar. I mostly like the doctor which is why I choose this location over one that’s closer, but the other staff are great at what they do also and very knowledgeable. I would recommend choosing Americas Best because all in all I think they are cheaper than other doctors offices. I got sunglasses and a pair of regular glasses for a really good price, and the glasses I had before this lasted about four years which I appreciated too.

From the time I walked in the door it was a pleasurable experience. I actually went to the one on Cross Keys Rd first and as usual they were not pleasant. The staff at Cooper Plaza is always pleasant.Dr Nguyen did an awesome extensive exam for my mom and took the time to explain best options for her care as well as using the photos. Her bedside manner was one of the best I have seen in recent years. Thank you to all of the staff at this location.

I had a good experience at America’s Best. I was greeted when I walked in, They had a nice selection of glasses to choose from and the prices were pretty reasonable. Toby helped me pick out my frames and honestly had the patience of a saint. I tried on quite a few pairs( I’m very indecisive), and he stayed super helpful the whole time, guiding me toward styles that matched what I was looking for without making the process feel rushed or overwhelming. He made it really easy to narrow things down and find frames I actually love. Overall, great customer service and a smooth experience. I’d come back again.

Everyone there is so great! I have been going there for many years and I just love it there! From the warm smiles front reception where you truly feel welcomed to the thorough eye exam and finally to buying my glasses they are all so knowledgeable and gracious. Sheila made the process of choosing my frames and lenses so easy and pleasant and Nat is always there to help They truly are America’s Best! 😇

Went online on 2 separate occasions to set up an appointment, completing the form. However, their system shows no record of it. I did this for my convenience, they informed me they had no record of it. I spoke with an employee the previous night who confirmed my appointment and that they could see I completed the for. This has happened twice with me with them at two locations. Glad to see they don't care about their customers, especially in these economic times.
