America’s Best Optometrist

I had a wonderful experience at this location after having an awful experience at the Huber Heights location. I had to make an additional appointment after Huber Heights refused to fill my contacts prescription because “I never made a follow-up appointment to confirm my contacts were ok”. I did not want to go to Huber so I made my appointment in Centerville. I was greeted by a team member (Ashley) who began my check in for my appointment. She confirmed I was there for glasses and contacts and that is when I shared with her that I actually just had an appointment in January at the Huber Americas Best and I was really just in today to start the process all over again to get new contacts. She then partnered with her coworker to see if I truly need a new appointment and they both agreed that it is not a standard process to have to do two more visits all because I never scheduled this apparent follow-up visit. Ashley got my order situated and she sent me on my way. I was thrilled! The kindness, compassion and team work I experienced at this location was amazing. I will absolutely choose to go to this location in the future because of the service I received today. Thank you Ashley and team!

I got my first ever pair of glasses here. But they wouldn't even attempt a repair then when they broke. i scheduled an eye exam, and accidentally went to the wrong location before the scheduled time, but the clerk saw my mistake. The clerk at that location assured me I had time to run across town to the other location, and she would call ahead to let them know. When I arrived, the staff at the new location was snotty and rude. The clerk said that they had a ten minute grace period, and it was now 13 minutes past the hour. No attempt was made to accommodate, and his attitude was incredibly rude. I scheduled online at LensCrafters for tomorrow.

Came to help my grandma get her glasses fixed I got help to get my grandma a new frame for free I am so beyond grateful and touched for their kind gesture it means the world to me and my grandma. We have been going thru an extremely difficult time. There are still good people out there!

They have a fantastic selection of glasses at this location. The staff is very, very friendly. They are conveniently located on Wilmington Pike in Centerville. The staff seem to be very patient and attentive to their clients, especially the elders. I recommend this establishment for your eyewear.

While visiting Dayton I realized I didn’t pack enough contacts with me. On my last pair and with an expired prescription I was in a real bind. America’s Best fit me in for an exam and did everything they could to get me some contacts quickly. Everyone was so professional, kind, and friendly. A real positive experience all around especially when comparing it to the experience talking to a different vision center in the area.
